The End of the Year is approaching!
Brace Yourselves!!!

I'll be joining Sean and gang for countdown at his house.

We'll be eating KFC and drinking Root Beer!!!
How else can we better celebrate the coming of a new year?!

Actually, they'll probably be taking Alcohol. But I don't like alcohol so... Root Beer for me! I'll try and act drunk. ^^

My didi, Sean said he'll have a 1.5 litre Root Beer. So I BELIEVE I'll definitely get drunk. Woohoo!

Can't wait for Thursday. Staying at home is boring~ And I can't really quite train Parkour yet.

I slipped and fell today at home while trying some precision jumps/standing broad jumps. I saw a tile pretty far. Thought I could nail it. In fact, I did nail it. I just lacked the traction. Cause the floor's marble. Very low grip. And thus, I slipped. My right butt took full impact! BAM! And now I'm feeling the aftermath of this incident. It HURTS!!! xD

Argh... It appears my injury has not recovered... How long has it been? I think a few more days to 3 weeks.

I'm able to jog but i don't think in a good condition to start training parkour.

Normal walking has a pain level of 8%
I did a wall run and it shot up to 37%

So I seriously think i still gotta rest.

I gotta force myself to rest. For at least 2 more weeks.

After that I probably will be able to train again! (^_^)

So, no vigorous training for my lower body.
I'll train my arms and thighs muscles!

And remember to STRETCH before training!

Holidays are boring~

Recently, video games hasn't been fun for me. Something new?

Feel like training parkour. However, with my injured leg and no one to train with. I'm slacking a lot. My leg is recoving well I think, however, it took way longer than I first thought. I thought it'll take a week or so to recover. But it has been 3 weeks now and it still isn't fully recovered.

Well, what can I say? Stretching is very very very important. I have no idea what I sprained. But it feels stupid... Cause of lack of stretching... Damn.

And my friends aren't really into parkour. Sadly. They all say things like it is crazy or too dangerous. But I know, it's dangerous when it's done wrongly. Cause I read somewhere that Parkour is actually much safer than skateboarding or soccer.

I can't wait for the next Parkour Jam, sounds like fun.
And I can finally meet people who likes parkour too. :)

My Common Tests are over!!!

I think I can pass. I hope I can...

My leg is recovering pretty well i think. I think in a few more days I'll be able to being training again. But I wanna buy a new pair of shoes before I start training.

I can't get parkour outta my head!!!

Did some wall climbing today at school. Hit my elbows against the wall and pulled my leg muscle. Now I have a very big red patch of bruise on my left elbow and it hurts to walk. LOL

Parkour FTW!!!

I will continue training...

I think I'm in love with Parkour. This is probably the first sport that I really like. I can't really remember how I started to like Parkour. Probably from the game Mirror's Edge. Then I tried climbing a wall in school. Then I guess I fell in love with it just like that? It's kinda cool. lol

Then I started searching on videos about parkour and stuffs. How to do a breakfall. Come to think of it. I think it's really because of Mirror's Edge. Oh and, Benlieue 13, a French movie. Really cool, featuring David Belle, a Parkour Legend.

I wasn't really into sports during my secondary school days so I didn't have much stamina and I had to train on that, as well as conditioning my body for this sport. But I find it fun so I don't feel it as a chore to train. ^^
